1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using InstaPress, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Community Standards. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Stop using the service if you do not agree.
2. Accounts and identity
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and notify us of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account. Usernames must not impersonate another person, mislead readers about affiliation, or violate rights. Verification indicates that we reviewed identity or organizational information; it is not an endorsement of every report.
3. Your content and licence
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant InstaPress a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display, distribute and make your content available through the service. This licence exists only to operate, improve, secure and promote InstaPress and ends when content is deleted, except where copies remain in lawful backups, reshares, messages or records we must retain.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload content and that location, identity, source and editing disclosures are accurate. You remain responsible for your reporting and its consequences.
4. Responsible reporting
Do not publish unlawful content, targeted harassment, hate, credible threats, sexual exploitation, private personal data, manipulated media presented as authentic, dangerous misinformation, spam, fraud, intellectual property infringement or content that obstructs an investigation or places people at unreasonable risk. Follow the full Community Standards.
5. Moderation and account action
We may label, reduce distribution, disable, remove or preserve content; restrict features; suspend accounts; or cooperate with authorities where necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, comply with law or maintain platform integrity. Automated checks may assist reviewers but do not guarantee accuracy. Where available, users may appeal moderation decisions.
You may hide content, block accounts and report suspected violations. Repeated misuse of reporting or appeals may itself lead to restrictions.
6. Third-party services and future features
InstaPress uses services such as Google Sign-In, Google Cloud and Firebase. Their terms may also apply. Links, shared sources, GIFs and third-party material are controlled by their providers. Advertising, creator tools and monetization features may be introduced under additional terms.
7. Availability and news disclaimer
InstaPress provides a platform for user and organization reporting. Unless explicitly identified as an InstaPress editorial statement, content reflects its publisher, not InstaPress. We do not guarantee that every report is complete, current or accurate. Verify urgent information with official or multiple reliable sources.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, fail or be discontinued. Nothing on InstaPress is professional legal, medical, financial or emergency advice.
8. Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstaPress is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on user content. You agree to be responsible for claims arising from content you unlawfully upload or material breaches of these Terms. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Ending use
You may stop using InstaPress or permanently delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal requirements or prolonged unavailability. Provisions that naturally survive termination, including licences for retained copies, disclaimers and dispute terms, continue to apply.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights available to you. We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes when required.
